Saturday, February 1st from 9am-5pm
T-SHIRT DISTRIBUTION
If you are a registered volunteer, game participant or torchbearer, T-shirts will be available for pickup on Saturday, February 1st from 9am-5pm in the Riviera Spa & Fitness Center. If you are unable to pick up a T-shirt on this day, they will be available for you at your game location.

Tuesday, February 4th
Solivita Olympics Opening Ceremony
Parade & International Street Party

RAIN OR SHINE
Let’s open the Solivita Olympics with a parade starting from the Ballroom to the Pro Shop. The parade will highlight the torchbearers and the Solivita Clubs, groups, participants and volunteers who are involved and supporting the Solivita Olympic games. DJ Irwin will be jamming out on the street and The Relics Band will be in the Ballroom. Food will be sold from our several Solivita Clubs and cash bar in Mosaics. The end of the parade will feature the last torchbearer carrying the torch to light the cauldron. Parade participants are to meet in the Freedom Park parking lot (where the Farmer’s Market is held) by 3:30pm. The parade will start at 4pm. See Reflections for all the different games by the different groups.

ROAD CLOSING: Road Closings
Tuesday, February 4th from the Ballroom to the end of the Pro Shop roundabout will be closed from 2pm-7:30pm to vehicle and golf cart traffic.
Golf cart parking on Village Drive (Ballroom side) will be blocked all day for event setup. Golf cart parking and handicap (up to capacity) will be available behind the Bistro, up to Ballroom/Bistro crosswalk.
