Spectrum Update, Mulch Project Update & Palm Tree Pruning Update
Spectrum Update: At this time all information has been sent to the Board of Directors for review and a decision. I would like to thank you all for being patient and so interested in this topic. Rest assured that you will be notified of the final decision.
Solivita Mulch Project Update: As of January 30th the mulching crew has just finished up in Lago Vista and pushing forward to the Courtyards. They will continue the rest of this week and into next on the Courtyards and Viareggio. Moving next into Treviso sometime next week! As always, thank you for your patience as the crews work through our community as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Reminder: The date to be added/deleted from the “No Mulch” list ended on January 16th. If you wish to be added for next season we can still take care of that for you.

Palm Tree Pruning Update: As a friendly reminder the tall palm trees requiring the high reach will be pruned at a later time this year. The Solivita Landscape Committee will be involved in the determination of when the palm trees will be pruned. Any palm tree that the trunk itself measures no more than sixteen feet in height is maintained by FloraLawn.
