General Instructions

Online Payments

A fast, easy, and secure way to view and pay your balance due online
though our provider. After creating an account, you can start making payments online for FREE when you pay by e-check (ACH) from a bank account. You may also pay by credit card and/or debit card for an additional fee.

So to get started, follow the instructions:

  1. Visit www.ClickPay.com/HOACompany/
  2. Click Create an Account and create your online profile
  3. Add your unit using your building number and zip code
  4. Select your preferred Payment Option (E-check or Credit Card)
  5. Set up Recurring Payments or click Pay Now to make a one-time payment
Mail-In Payments

Mail your payment with your payment stub to the following address:

Please mail your payment at least 10 days prior to your due date to avoid any late fees.

Drop Off Your Payment
