How do I pay my dues?

Simply fill out this form and click submit. It emails us your completed form.
** Don't forget to add your attachments.

Gatehouse Forms

Warranty Issue?

To Request Warranty Service:
Please submit all Warranty requests through email at jaxwarranty@pulte.com

Business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm. If you are unable to email, you may leave a message at 904-363-0482. All warranty requests are responded to within (2) business days.

To Report a Warranty Emergency After-Hours: If your situation is an Emergency, please call (866)-744-8753. Our after hour representative will be able to assist you in contacting the appropriate vendor to schedule emergency service. Response times for emergency services depends on the Contractor availability.

 

Charged for Irrigation that Isn't Yours?

Please send your bill to astringfellow@castlegroup.com.  Make sure all pages are legible. Please clearly mark which charges are not yours.
