Gatehouse Information

M-F 7a.m. to 6p.m. gate will remain open
Saturday- 9a.m. to 6p.m. gate will remain open
Sunday- 11a.m. to 6p.m. gate will remain open

Any visitors to the property after hours will have their ID checked. The Gate Attendants will refer to the residents previously provided list to see if the visitor is on the permanent guest list. If not, you will receive a phone call to verify their entrance. If you find that this procedure is not being followed, please notify management immediately, as we need to provide specific detail when discussing personnel issues with the Gate Staff. There are currently no planned changes to these policies due to continued construction within the community.
